The journal Anales Venezolanos de Nutrición was created in 1988 by the Cavendes Foundation. The Bengoa Foundation for Food and Nutrition has continued its publication since the year 2000.

Target Audience
Researchers, teachers, professionals, and the general public interested in updating their knowledge and strengthening their skills in these disciplines.

Anales Venezolanos de Nutrición (ISSN: 0798-0752) is an interdisciplinary, open access journal aimed at disseminating research on food, nutrition, and related sciences produced in the country. It also publishes articles from Latin American and European countries.
